Shlomo Harnoy, is the former director of the dignitary and official delegations (VIP) protection unit of the Israeli Security Agency ("Shabak"). His experience guides GSD in designing PASSIVIEW solutions in various security environments and defining operational needs. Mr. Harnoy also assists GSD in integrating with other detection technologies.

Itzhak Gat, CEO, Elisra Electronic Systems, is a former V.P. at Challenge Venture Capital, after a six years term as CEO of Raphael (Israeli Army Weapons Development Authority). As CEO of Raphael, Mr. Gat was chairman and member of several boards of directors, among them Galram, S.C.D. (Semi Conductor Devices) Ltd., (surveillance systems) and RDC (leader in the transformation of Raphael's military technologies to commercial use). Mr. Gat joined Raphael after 27 years of service in the Air Force as a pilot and commander and Head of Logistic & Engineering Directorate. Mr. Gat has B.Sc. degree in aeronautics from the Technion.

Michael Anghel, a co-founder of Cellcom Israel Ltd. (Cellular Phone Operators), and co-founder o of Clariton Networks Ltd. Over the past two decades, Mr. Anghel has founded, managed and directed many enterprises supporting diverse high-tech areas. His previous posts included Director of Discount Investment Corporation (DIC) and Managing Director of DIC Communications and Technology Ltd. While at DIC, Mr. Anghel served as an active board member of several US-traded companies, often influencing their strategic management actions. In 1999, he formed CAP Ventures, which brings venture capital support to communications and Internet initiatives. Mr. Anghel was previously a faculty member at Tel-Aviv University Graduate School of Business. During that time he founded the Executive Program and lectured at universities in the USA, including Harvard and Columbia.

Dr. Orna Berry, is a venture partner at Gemini Israel Venture Funds Ltd, a partner at Xenia Ventures, and chairman of Adamind Inc. Dr. Berry is currently active in industrial and entrepreneurial activities in the Israeli Science and Technology based industries. Dr. Berry is the former Chief Scientist of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Government of Israel (OCS). In this capacity she was responsible for implementing government policy regarding support and encouragement of industrial research and development. The OCS manages the programs in industrial R&D, budgeted at over $450 million a year. Her background includes co-founding ORNET Data Communication Technologies Ltd. - raising the venture capital, building the world wide infrastructure and managing their sale to Siemens for $30 million. Dr. Berry has made significant technological contributions to the local area network (LAN) industry, has served as the Chief Scientist of Fibronics, and is a senior research engineer in various companies, such as IBM and UNISYS.
Dr. Berry received her Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Southern California, and an M.A. and B.A. degree in Statistics and Mathematics from Tel Aviv and Haifa Universities. She is a frequent lecturer on "High-Tech" in Israel, Europe and the United States.
